Many of the school activities are organised by this dynamic group of parents and staff. The energetic PTA help organise our annual Fun Run, school picnic, assist with Class Reps, welcome new parents to the school and even help with ticket sales for the school productions and more. 

Kirstenhof Primary is very fortunate to have this body of volunteers which gives opportunities for all parents to get involved in their children’s school life. We are grateful to those who dedicate their time and expertise to the smooth functioning of the PTA.

ACTIVITIES

The PTA runs a number of community activities every year. As KPS parents we are all encouraged to be involved in some way in one or more of the activities.

Annual activities always start with the Family Picnic and the iconic Fun Run in the first term. In the second term the PTA hosts a fundraising ‘thon’. In the third term there is usually a cultural activity supported by the PTA as well as the annual Golf Day. The first event of the fourth term is the Mom’s Night Off (aka Dads Camp Out).

All activities are supported by our local sponsors.
